Customer Service Policies1. Age 21: If you order WINE from us you are representing to us that you are at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is also at least 21 years old.
2. Availability: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the availability of all items in the store. It is possible that we may run out of an item. In that event, we will contact you and allow you to substitute another product. When you place an order, we will get an authorization for your credit card but we do not charge the amount to your card until we are sure we have or can get what you ordered.
3. Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice because sometimes we get new stock at a new price, but this seldom happens.
4. Returns: If we send you the wrong item please call the Guest Center at
(800) 736-9463 ext. 223 and we will take care of the problem.
Shipping Policies

2. title to the wine you order passes to you as soon as it leaves our doors; it is up to you to know the relevant laws in your state.
3. We cannot ship wine to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
4. Currently, we ARE NOT shipping WINE to: AR, AZ, CT, DE, HI, ID, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MS, MT, NE, NJ, NM, OK, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV. All other products in our store are available for shipment

Most orders can be processed by the day following your online entry of the order. Your order will ship within 2 to 4 days (not including holidays and weekends) from the time your order is placed. Depending on your location, and the shipping method you choose the shipment will then take an additional 1-5 days in transit. If for some reason there will be a delay longer than that, we will let you know immediately via phone.
We are shipping next day air, 2 day air, 3 day air and ground to all locations that we are able to ship wine (see list above).
There has been some confusion about shipping companies and how they compute days. If we send a package on Friday using 2-day air, the shipping companies do not count the day we give it to them. Then, they do not count weekends as shipping days, only weekdays. So, this hypothetical package that was sent on Friday actually arrives on Tuesday and they consider it to be delivered on time...even though it actually took 5 days to get there! Please take this into consideration while waiting for your delivery.
Our shipping is done in containers that hold 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, or 12 bottles of wine. To make the most of your shipping dollar, you should order in those quantities as a 7 bottle order will ship in a 6 bottle container and a 1 bottle container.
