Pinot Grigio

Our Pinot Grigio, the Italian version of Sauvignon Blanc, is crisp and clean. As such, this is a great warm weather wine. It's wonderful floral and citrus aromas complement light cheeses, fish, poultry and lemony sauces. Champion at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo International Wine Competition and featured at the 2004 Superbowl. Serve chilled, about 45 degrees.
